Reservation Policy

To confirm the reservation of the appartment or of the room/s, it is necessary:

• to send a deposit by bank transfer of 50% of the total amount of your stay within 7 days from the reservation. After this time, the reservation will be cancelled.
• In case the check-in will be later than 7 p.m. on the date of your arrival, unless informed of later arrival or arrival previously agreed, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit not refunded.

Important notice for people reserving the apartment

On arrival the clients will pay the rest of their stay and leave € 400,00 as a guarantee against damages to the appartment. The guarantee will be refunded at the end of your stay.

If the departure date is earlier than the one previously confirmed in the booking, the client will have to pay the whole length of his stay.
