The villa has a breathtaking panoramic view of the city of San Gimignano so much that it is enough to close your eyes to have the feeling of being able to touch the centuries-old towers that characterize the medieval village.

The apartment extends over 200 square meters divided into 4 spacious and carefully furnished rooms in Tuscan style (each of which has its own private bathroom), a charming lounge overlooking San Gimignano and a kitchen equipped to prepare meals based on the fresh products of our company. It is ideal for families or groups of friends composed of 8/9 people who want to spend their holidays in the splendid Tuscan countryside.

Even in winter you can book a room and spend pleasant moments with other guests of the hotel or directly with the Montagnani family who will be happy to let you visit the company showing you its peculiarities and telling you the story of its birth.

"LE TORRI" Room
The "Le Torri" room enjoys a marvelous panoramic view of San Gimignano.
Very bright and spacious, it is furnished with great care with traditional Tuscan furniture recovered from the ancestors of the Montagnani and Leoncini families and meticulously restored. It has a private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Each window has a mosquito net; the room has a heating system in winter and refrigeration in summer (air conditioning).

"LA COLLINA" Room
The room "La Collina" owes its name to the fact that the large window that gives great brightness to the room overlooks the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Like the other rooms, "La Collina" is very spacious and furnished in Tuscan style. It has a private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Each window has a mosquito net; the room has a heating system in winter and refrigeration in summer (air conditioning).

"GLI OLIVI" Room
The large window of the "Gli Olivi" room looks directly onto the garden of the house where the vigorous olive trees planted by Maris and Antonella stand in 1989 and from which the room takes its name. Also the "Gli Olivi" room is spacious and bright and finely furnished with rustic Tuscan style furniture. It has a private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Each window has a mosquito net; the room has a heating system in winter and refrigeration in summer (air conditioning).

"IL BOSCHETTO" Room
It is the grove that is in front of the window of this room that gives it its name. Like the other rooms, "Il Boschetto" is large and bright and furnished with rustic Tuscan family furniture. It has a private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Each window has a mosquito net; the room has a heating system in winter and refrigeration in summer (air conditioning).

The special furniture of the bathrooms: the composition of the services has been taken care of in minute detail by the inventive and creative personal dexterity of Maris. Examples are the sinks and mirrors in which the old Tuscan terracotta, typical of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses, is present giving overall harmonious and refined finishes and decorations. For each bathroom present in each room have been created shades of colors and combinations of different materials in order to make each of them unique and special.

The room is 100m2 and very spacious. It has a beautiful architectural structure and has a large window made with typical Tuscan material from where it is possible to admire all the town of San Gimignano in its splendour together with the green surrounding countryside. The lounge is furnished in the typical Tuscan style, fireplace, TV and satellite TV corner, sofas.

The kitchen is very large and has sink, dishwashing machine, fridge, cooking corner, electric oven, microwave, dishes and all other accessories.

The swimmingpool (12x6 m.) has beautiful views over the town of San Gimignano. You can also find a gazebo with other garden furniture, a barbecue and a table for your "al fresco" meals.

The garden is looked after all year round with great care from Maris and his son Roberto. It has a typical "English" green meadow, with mediterranean Tuscan-grown plants such as: large hedges of rosemary, sage, lavander, holm oak, cypress and many olive trees which surround the house.
